Booking Policy

To ensure we can provide timely, high-quality mobile care to all our clients, we implement the following booking and cancellation framework.

• Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit of the total service fee is required to secure your appointment.
• Confirmation: Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received and proof of payment is verified.
• Remaining Balance: The outstanding 50% is payable upon completion of the service on the day of the appointment.

We understand that plans change. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Full Refund: If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will receive a 100% refund of your deposit.
• Late Cancellation: If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, a cancellation fee will apply.

In the event of a late cancellation (less than 24 hours' notice), the fee is calculated as follows: Late Fee= 50% of the paid Deposit.

• Example: If your deposit was R1,000, your cancellation fee is R500. The remaining R500 will be refunded to you or credited to a future booking.

• You may reschedule your appointment once at no extra cost, provided you give at least 24 hours' notice.
• Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will be treated as a late cancellation.

If our Registered Nurse arrives at the designated location at the scheduled time and you are not available or the appointment cannot proceed due to client absence, the full deposit will be forfeited to cover travel and administrative costs.

To provide our mobile clinical services, we collect:

• Personal Identifiers: Name, ID number, contact details, and physical address for mobile visits.
• Special Personal Information: Medical history, HIV/STI status, DNA samples, and laboratory results.
• Financial Data: Payment information and transaction history.

Your data is used strictly for:

• Providing mobile clinical services (testing, treatment, and IV drips).
• Processing laboratory tests through our partner.
• Nutritional and Diabetic coaching tailored to your results.
• Legal compliance for DNA "Chain of Custody" requirements.

• Medical Records: All health results are stored on secure, encrypted platforms accessible only by authorised clinical staff.
• Third Parties: We only share data with necessary partners (e.g., Toga Labs) under strict confidentiality agreements. We never sell your data to third parties.
• Professional Secrecy: Our Registered Nurses and consultants are bound by professional ethical codes regarding patient confidentiality.

Under POPIA, you have the right to access your data, request corrections, or ask for the deletion of your personal information (where legal retention periods allow).
